Dy. Gen. Manager- Management Assurance & Controls
The person will be responsible for Planning, Coordinating and Finalizing
programs with Internal Auditors. Among routine tasks such as MIS audits,
the candidate will be required to assist in conducting the ongoing Risk &
Control Self Assessment (RCSA) and consolidate the Risk Event Data
Collection and Analysis. The person should be a CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance)
with 15 to 17 years of relevant experience. Location: Pune

Project Head
Chemical / Mechanical Engineer, Experience in handling independently
continuous as well as batch plant large scale projects. EPC experience is a
must. Good negotiations, monitoring, controlling and coordination skills.
Overall Coordinator of project activity at any specific site. Completion of
projects meeting our required standards within the targeted date. A can-do

D.G.M - R&D
Highly experienced in R&D (bench scale, pilot plant and plant scale) of
various chemical unit processes and chemical unit operations, HAZOP
studies, Product Raw Material Costing, Preparing and handing over Plant
SOPs to the project team, Plant commissioning, Technical know-how
generation/ absorption and implementation.
Should have thorough knowledge on Batch Processing & Continuous Processing.
Should be capable of handling Team of Researchers & Doctors.
Should have good knowledge on Organic Chemistry.
Should have an experience Post Ph.D spanning more than 12 Years. Location - D.R.D.C. (Pune).

Manager / Sr. Manager - E.H.S
Coordination of various activities involving Health, Safety, Environment
and Fire prevention and Emergency Handling. Monitoring of legal
compliances. Identification and bridging of gaps. Developing checklists,
preparing teams and carrying out various EHS audits and inspections.
Monitoring of compliances through time bound action plan. Dealing with
legal and statutory requirements including Environmental Clearance, NOC,
Consents, Authorization, Cess, Environmental Audit/Statements, Hazardous
Waste etc. and technical liasioning with State and Central Pollution
Control Board. Coordinating and Facilitating on activities like Safety and
Environmental audits, HAZOP, Plant Safety Inspections, Tool Box Talk,
Incident investigation & root cause analysis and follow-up for corrective
actions on recommendations, Safety Committee meetings, Work Permits
revision and enforcement. Location - Baroda.
