Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey
– To gather feedback on the functioning of each department and jointly plan out process correction or intervention for improving effectiveness and efficiency of each function as well as bringing out better Team Work between departments.

Employee Satisfaction Survey – To diagnose and identify areas of improvement and to help create a strong, focused, motivated and competent workforce.

Climate Survey done for R & D Department – Give strong focus to R & D and to provide focused inputs to DRDF for better performance. HR and to R & D have mutually come up with an action plan to improve the performance through initiatives like departmental meeting, BPR, restructuring, interdepartment task force etc.

Welfare Activities – An opportunity for employees to meet informally and get to know each other better. HR have organized various programmes like Diwali Party, Movie Show, Picnic etc.
