  PILOT PLANT
 
A dedicated pilot plant at Roha primarily acts as a catalyst between R&D trials and commercial production. It boasts of a kilo scale laboratory with well developed platforms for carrying out reactions and other processes. This facilitates us to experiment with our formulations and develop new chemicals at a lower cost and a faster time as compared to market. The plant empowers us with an edge in custom manufacturing services.
The facilities at the Pilot Plant are designed to simulate processes - from pre-processing to tests to finished products.

Dahej (Gujarat)
The Optical Brightening Agents plant is set up with integrated infrastructure to produce in fully automatic batch processes with a central well-equipped control room for attending emergencies in case they arise. With the ability to manufacture upto 200 million lb, it serves all three segments namely paper, detergent and textile. Located at Dahej, Gujarat’s new island of excellence, the facility prides on being the largest in the industry.

Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh)
Our Hyderabad Specialty Division manufactures DASDA used in production of Optical Brightening Agents (OBA). The global quality standards and competitive manufacturing capabilities of the plant have helped us achieve almost 20% of world's market share of DASDA business.

Nandesari (Gujarat)
The first and the flagship manufacturing facility of Deepak Nitrite Limited, Nandesari facility is located near Vadodara, the chemical hub of India. The facility has dedicated streams for manufacturing of bulk & commodities and fine & specialty chemicals. It offers the advantage of proximity to the feed stocks and critical raw materials. Located in Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) - the chemical complex of Nandesari, the facility is equipped with best-in-class utilities like Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs). All of its operations are controlled by DCS and it was conferred with the Sir P.C. Ray award for 'Best Chemical Industry Unit' developed with indigenous endeavor.

It is located at the western coast and is strategically connected to Nhava Sheva port. It was conferred Greentech Award – Gold, for excellence in safety standards for the year 2013.

With technologies developed indigenously, this facility was commissioned to offer forward integration to its existing portfolio of products with end use as agrochemicals and pharma intermediates. Currently, this facility has multiple hydrogenation facilities to process a series of products simultaneously. Its location in the industrial hub near Mumbai provides logistic advantage for exports. Most of the products are exported to 21 countries in all six continents.

  PACKAGING AND LOGISTICS
 
We practice flexibility in packaging and adhere to international standards while offering customized options to our valuable customers. All our consignments are certified by M/s. SGS for packaging and loading.
All five manufacturing facilities are strategically located to minimize transportation costs for domestic and international customers. A dedicated logistics planning group co-ordinates with third party operators to ensure smooth, cost-efficient and on-time delivery; both by land and sea.

  WAREHOUSING
 
To ensure uninterrupted supply, we have invested heavily in warehousing capacity. Besides the 20,000 MT capacity, we have engaged outsourcing partners for storage services to be available on short notices also. The Greenfield project at Dahej has Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) to reduce manual intervention and enhance efficiency.
