can I delete the name of a deceased shareholder?
Deletion of name of a deceased Shareholder:
In case shares
are held in joint names i.e. by more than
one person and one of the joint holders expired,
the deceased shareholder's name will be deleted
from the share certificate(s) and record of
the Company on the basis of death certificate
certified by an appropriate authority duly
furnished by the surviving joint holder(s),
along with the share certificates. (Click
