do I change the order of shareholder names
on the share certificate?
Transposition (Change in the order
of names of shareholders names):
Transposition
of names is effected when the shareholders
desire to change the order of name of shareholders
in respect of the shares held by them inter-se
i.e. the first holder may become second holder
or third holder and vice versa. A letter requesting
transposition of names signed by all joint
holders indicating their order of names has
to be submitted to the Company. Any request
for transposition of names will be considered
only if the entire shares are held under one
